Graduated in Theater from the School of Fine Arts of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (EBA UFMG), she was a Scientific Initiation Fellow from July 2013 to August 2014 researching: AFRICAN PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE DRAMATURGY IN THE 21ST CENTURY/Mozambique. He is part of the SegundaPRETA collective and Cia.Bando, which works on the language of storytelling while investigating theater for children. He works in the areas of research, theater, scriptwriting, direction and art education, in addition to participating in various cultural and artistic fronts in Belo Horizonte and the Metropolitan Region. As an actress, she works in both theater and audiovisual. His CV ranges from musicals to contemporary shows such as Eles Also Falam de Amor, directed by Raquel Castro. In audiovisual he works in feature films and short films such as: Alta Frequência by Breno Alvarenga (2021). Peixe (2019) directed by Yasmin Guimarães and as the protagonist in A Mulher Que Eu Era (2019) directed by Karen Suzane. Ana en Passant directed by Fernanda Salgado (animated feature film, still in progress). His research interests revolve around human behavior and social relationships, with a focus on the areas of history, art and culture. In 2020 he joined LANANE, the following year at Globo's Authors Laboratory, since then he has been a scriptwriter or assistant on channels such as Paramount, Amazon Prime, Netflix and Globoplay.
Andréa was awarded a fellowship to attend the Maestría em Escrita Criativa de Roteiro Audiovisual, of the Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV de San Antonio de Los Baños, in Cuba, and became part of the talent network.
