He has won more than 30 awards in his career and in 2022, he received the Audience Award from the World Cinema Fund - Berlinale, for the project A ONÇA. Also in 2022, he released his first feature A ESPERA DE LIZ, recognized as the first in the history of Brazilian cinema to offset all carbon emissions. In 2023, he was a finalist in the Brazilian Cinema Grand Prix in the categories of Best Original Screenplay and Best First Direction.
