Award-winning producer and distributor, Mayra Faour Auad, is a co-founder of MyMama Entertainment, a production company based in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. For 13 years, it has been producing films, series, music videos, and branded content. Her films have received awards at major festivals such as Cannes, Berlinale, Sundance, SXSW, Venice, TIFF, Sitges, and she is a winner of two International Emmy Awards. Her filmography consists of over 20 titles, and she has produced award-winning films such as "Tesla" starring Ethan Hawke, "White Noise" by Noah Baumbach, "Medusa" by Anita Rocha da Silveira, "Fogaréu" by Flávia “Amarela” by André Hayato Saito, among others. The majority of her films are international co-productions with countries like France, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Germany. Mayra is a creative producer who works as a tutor/consultant for her films and talents and has been selected for major international programs such as TFL, EAVE, Ontario Creates/TIFF, Focus Copro Cannes.
Mayra received a fellowship to participate in EAVE Puentes 2024, and became part of the Talent Network.
