Black Amazonian woman. Director and screenwriter of the documentaries “Letter about our place, women of Vila Nova” for Canal Futura, “Utopia” available on Todesplay, “Essa Terra é meu Quilombo” and the animated short “Sementes do Araguari", for WWF. She was a screenwriter and member of the Netflix Brazil project Segundo Ato. Director of the music video “Oriki” by rapper Pretogonista. Creative Producer of the short fiction film “Tu Oro”. Screenwriter and director of the feature fiction film “Call of the Forest", a project that won the Black Narratives Lab 2020, participant of FRAPA Lab 2022, the Colombian residency “Desde La Raíz” in 2023 and Br Lab Features 2024. She was part of the curatorship of FRAPA LAB in 2023 and 2024, and was also the curator of APAN's Black Narratives Lab 2024. She is one of the founders, currently curator and executive producer of the Cine Catraia film club, which has been operating for 10 years, bringing Brazilian film screenings to riverside communities and outskirts of Amapá.

Rayane was selected for the Paradiso 2025 Incubator with the feature film project "The Call of the Forest" and became part of the Paradiso Talent Network.
