Tiê Villares is a non-binary producer and screenwriter. A partner at Volta Filmes, they produced the feature film "Criadas," directed by Carol Rodrigues, the short film "The Farm" (a co-production with England), and is currently developing "Uncomfortable Experiences on Cloudy Days" (Paradiso Award 2022), "I Stole the Rain for Love" (winner of several awards, including Fulbright), and "Starvideo" (Jorge Portugal Award and participant in Kinoforum). Tiê has specialized in project development, actively working and participating in feature films and series through initiatives such as BrLab, Sundance Collab, Paradiso Incubator, and Diaspora Lab. They have also worked as a researcher and script assistant on the feature film "The Businesswomen's Club," directed by Anna Muylaert. In 2023, Tiê founded the label "Revolta," an arm of Volta Filmes focused on professional training and funding creative opportunities.

In 2023, Tiê was awarded a fellowship to attend Rotterdam Lab, and became part of the Talent Network.
